José Miguel Arráiz
Computer engineer, Catholic apologist, and author. He founded ApologeticaCatolica.org in 2006 to collaborate in the work of evangelization by deepening apologetics. He has published more than fifteen books on apologetics and classics of Catholic thought, several of them best-sellers on Amazon in theology and Catholicism categories in the United States, Mexico, and Spain. He is a doctrine advisor for Catholic.net and a contributor to InfoCatholica.
ApologeticaCatolica.org was born as an evangelization and formation initiative, aimed at sharing biblical, patristic, and historical studies that help us better understand the Catholic faith. We are aware of the need to deeply know one's own faith in order to give an account of it to brothers and sisters of other religious traditions.
We believe that apologetics and ecumenism must go hand in hand. That is why you will find on this site not only apologetics material, but also material on ecumenism. We are convinced that true unity requires a deep knowledge of the Catholic faith for those who wish to work in ecumenical and inter-religious dialogue.
